We are reliably informed that Wordsworth is seeking the government’s protection of their oil block area. We view this as lying in bed with the enemy. The government of Thibaw will use this as an opportunity to use force to oppress us further. We are a peaceful people and want to go about our business without fear for our innocent women and children.
