In a recent meeting with the Minister of Defense and representatives of the Tanyan community, the Thibawian government confirmed that they are “in negotiations with Shiloh, EnCarthay, and Wordsworth Energy” to guarantee commitments to the Tanyan community. The Minister of Defense did not comment on the intended date for closing these negotiations.
Undoubtedly, the Tanyan community is anxious to learn of specific commitments from the Thibawian government as well as Wordsworth Energy. According to Douglas Franklin from the Tanyan community, the Tanyans “fully support Wordsworth” and are “waiting on the government.” Iara Palacios from Wordsworth Energy commented that the company will “do what we can,” and that although “the intention is there,” they too are waiting for the Thibawian government to allow them to move forward.
